Recruiting, Developing and executing sales plans: - Work closely with Business Development Department to update the list of potential customers
- Recruiting staff
- Measuring, training and supervising Monitor the work of Sales staff to ensure strict compliance with the policies, regulations and standards of the sales process
- Update and monitor sales results of employees, continue Receive feedback from departments and partners to promote sales activities to meet set goals
- Update customer data and metrics (eg. like products sold every day) for analysis and sales performance reporting purposes
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Regularly Update the changes of the financial market and support to propose solutions to solve problems
Recruiting employees to work at the following locations: Long An, Tien Giang, Can Tho , An Giang, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, C Mau, Bac Lieu, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Tr Vinh, Vinh Long Job Requirement

Job Requirements
- Qualification: High School Diploma or above
- Experience in major industry /insurance /banking ( Preference will be given to candidates who are doing sales and want to develop into a new position)
- Knowledge of key products
- Proficient in office computing
