Job Description

Job Description:

  • Overseeing the operations feature request pipeline, ensuring efficient feature deployment, and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Evaluate all feature requests from Operations departments and properly foresee the plan for change management
  • Work closely with other operations teams to ensure the feature is delivered in the right way and improve the business at the end
  • Perform testing the features to ensure features meet expectations before releasing
  • Create detailed plans for feature rollouts, including scheduling and risk management to meet the timeline with no issues
  • Maintain documentation of the features of the department
  • Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company & actively identify operational issues and come up with feature solutions/improvements

Requirements:

  • 1+ experience in a technology-driven industry, with a focus on feature management or project management
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Good at task organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledgeable in test processes is a plus
  • Can-do attitude
