FACTORY MANAER
. Report to CEO
. Managing: 80 headcounts (production, quality, technical - maintenance)
. Shuttle bus from HCM
. Working day: Mon - Fri & 2 Saturdays
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
. Be responsible for coordinating daily operations for the Instant Coffee plant, and ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimum possible cost. The Plant Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible to establish and maintain the standard operational procedures, training personnel and report efficiently all activities.
. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
. Responsibility
. Increase production capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
. Commit to plant safety procedures
. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
. Perform other duties as required by CEO
REQUIREMENTS:
. Familiarity with standard equipment and technical expertise
. Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, inventory processes.
. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field
