F&B Artisan (Nuts & Fruits)

At SOU., we are on a mission to revitalize the beautiful union between humanity and nature, and to create unique artisanal products that capture the essence of this bond. We are seeking a talented and passionate F&B Artisan to join our team of skilled artisans, and to work with us on the creation of exceptional products from single-origin nuts and fruits from SOU. Farms and our organic partners.

As an F&B Artisan at SOU., you will have the opportunity to work with some of the finest ingredients in the world, infused with the indigenous flavors of Vietnam's rich natural resources. You will be responsible for developing and refining new recipes, and for crafting exquisite products that captivate the senses and inspire our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Play an integral role in conceptualizing, developing, and crafting new and innovative artisanal products using Vietnamese nuts, fruits from SOU. Farms, and other locally sourced ingredients.
• Experiment with flavor profiles, combining traditional techniques with modern innovation to create sensory masterpieces.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, ensuring every creation embodies SOU's commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with fellow artisans in a creative and inspiring environment, fostering a spirit of shared passion and continuous learning.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop product descriptions and educational materials

Requirements:

• Possesses a deep appreciation for artisanal food and the art of creating unique flavor combinations.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of culinary principles and the ability to work effectively with various ingredients.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment, readily sharing ideas and expertise with the team.
• Maintains meticulous attention to detail and is committed to upholding the highest quality standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a focus on product development and craftsmanship
• A deep understanding of the flavors, textures, and properties of nuts and fruits, particularly those native to Vietnam
• A willingness to learn and grow with us, and to contribute to our mission of revitalizing the bond between humanity and nature
