TheTraining Sales Executive is expected to fulfill the following:

  • Attend to existing and potential customers enquiries and requests for training courses, Public or In-House, from incoming calls, email/web-generated, or fax, in a polite manner, and ensure all requests are handled within the reasonable lead time, providing relevant information to the client needs, and meeting customer satisfaction

  • Proactively network with existing customers to sell additional applicable/related training courses.

  • Investigate relevant resource required and provide a timeline for delivery to meet customer order & solve any customer issues

  • Identify new prospects to grow the BSI customer base through targeted calls to generate sales revenue in line with new business targets

  • Act on all sales enquiries through systematic follow up to ensure conversion to sales revenue.

  • Ensure realisation of public training programs as scheduled

  • Register Participants and provide administrative support during public training events

  • Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop solid pipeline

  • Work with and provide appropriate support to the field-based sales staff (BD).

Requirements for the position are as follows:

  • Degree level, equivalent education or proven experience of sustained over achievement in a new business sales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills

  • With at least 1 year working experiencein training business

  • Knowledge of ISO Standards preferred

  • Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
