Job Description:

  • Assist in conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaigns for engagement programs
  • Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal key account managers, business intelligence, and other marketing functions (e.g. social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, offline marketing, graphic designers) for campaign creation and optimisation
  • Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns performance
  • Gather insights, data and prioritize initiatives to drive execution of initiatives to grow engagement of programs and campaigns.
  • Basic data analysis and project management for adhoc projects / proof of concepts

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with excel/google sheets
  • Strong team player and able to juggle multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Fast and self-motivated learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Creativity is a plus
  • Familiarity with Shopee Games and an interest in mobile games are a plus
