Job Responsibilities
E-commerce media performance
Build E-commerce media plan to attract new e-shopper & drive quality traffic to SPVB Product Page/Official Store
Plan, deploy & optimize performance of onsite & offsite traffic tool including Marketing Solution, Paid Ads , Shopping Ads, Affiliate, Facebook CPAS, Google Ads,. make sure E-commerce campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible
Manage CRM tools including platform's CRM, Membership Program, Zalo OA,. constantly work on the buyer data to improve customer loyalty & repeat purchase
Work with multiple parties (Key Account/Brand Team/Agency/...) to deliver GMV target in both BAU & thematic campaign (D-Day, Mid-Month, Month End, Cross Category, Brand Day,)
Online picture of success development
Deliver outstanding visibility & branded content for total Suntory PepsiCo Products & Official Store across E-commerce Platforms
Work with Key account, Brand team & Designer to develop e-commerce asset (banner, product image, product video, shopping video,...)
Explore and pilot new initiatives/innovation
Liveshopping
Plan and execute livestream event, KOL/KOC affiliate, shopping video,.. on Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada
Monitor and analyze the performance of livestream, shopping video, shopping ads,...to meet GMV target & ROI
Report & Analysis
Competitor's tracking
Budget monitoring in monthly basic, secure on-tracking spending together with KPI delivering A&M
Make analysis, report supporting in driving business performance
Your Team
Skills And Experience
Bachelor degree, major in Marketing/ Economics/ Commerce is preferred
2 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital/Marketing
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, campaign management, media plan
Have a performance-driven mindset with the ability to read data and generate actionable insight
Experience in Onsite merchandising/ Content development/Media
