Job Description

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for drivers quality and performance
  • Execute projects to improve drivers performance and well-being at work
  • In collaboration with Operation teams to understand root causes for drivers poor performance and solutions
  • Conduct frequent check-ups with drivers for feedbacks
  • Continuously improve processes and apps/features to support drivers
  • Identify training needs for drivers (e.g. new apps, frequent errors, new processes, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance of SOPs
  • Reconcile, check evidence and finalize performance, i.e. KPI on-time, penalties to support C&B
  • Prepare reports/analyses of driver feedback and performance

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Experienced in the industry: min 1 year (developing and building the quality assessment regulations, QA/QC the Rider/Driver's quality management.)
  • Analytical mindset: Intermediate
  • Problem-solving: Intermediate
  • Tasking management: Intermediate
  • Collaboration skill: Excellent
  • Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools: Intermediate
  • English Comprehension skill: Intermediate
  • Experienced in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus
