Territory Management/Qun l khu vc
. Manage Sales Representative and Product Specialist to develop customer database with detailed records of critical pharmacy stores, pharmaceutical company, and private clinics. /Qun l cc Trnh Dc Vin Knh Thng Mi Xy dng c s d liu khch hng vi h s chi tit v nh thuc/cng ty thuc v phng khm t nhn.
. Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories/nh gi, phn loi v xc nh khch hng mc tiu chnh xc. u tin cc khu vc tim nng
. Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their
requirements/Thit lp v duy tr mi quan h cht ch vi cc khch hng ch cht thng qua vic m bo cc dch v v t vn p ng nhu cu ca khch hng
. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory/Theo di, gim st xu hng th trng v hot ng ca i th cnh tranh a bn ang qun l
. Introduce product including brand name, ingredients, benefit of product, usage and price/Gii thiu sn phm, bao gm thng hiu, thnh phn thuc, li ch s dng, liu dng v gi c
. Introduce promotion program (if have) to encourage product as guideline/Gii thiu chng trnh khuyn mi (nu c) c ng sn phm theo ng chnh sch bn hng ca cng ty.
. Collect and report Market intelligence to Supervisor & Marketing team/Thu thp v bo co thng tin th trng cho i ng Gim st v Marketing
. Supporting Marketing department in developing master plan and detail marketing activities yearly. Executing detail marketing programs / activities, which are assigned to ensure those marketing activities to deliver strategy and objective of brand/ H tr b phn Marketing trong vic pht trin k hoch tng th v cc hot ng xy dng nhn din thng hiu chi tit hng nm. Thc hin cc chng trnh/hot ng kt ni chi tit, m bo cc hot ng nng cao nhn thc cho cc chuyn gia chm sc sc khe ph hp vi chin lc v mc tiu ca cng ty

Planning and organizing/Ln k hoch v t chc
. Utilize customer database for preparing weekly & monthly working plan, daily detailing calls, resource allocation plan, or direct-to-consumer marketing activities/S dng c s d liu khch hng chun b k hoch lm vic hng tun v hng thng, cc cuc gi chi tit hng ngy, k hoch phn b ti nguyn hoc cc hot ng tip th n ngi dng.
. Coordinate with accountants, delivery staff to follow-up and collect debts, especially for overdue debts/ Phi hp vi k ton, nhn vin giao hng c thc thu n khch hng, c bit i vi cc khon n qu hn.
