Control and manage Finance System Process Automation including Finance Operation, Reporting, Investment & Distribution compensation
1. Compensation calculation
Review and agree calculation queries with team member to make sure all calculation tools reflect accurate interpretation of compensation schemes.
Review e-payment requests as submitted from team member and other department.
2. Process automation (T ng ha quy trnh)
Take responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of distribution compensation payments related to projects
Provide support and advise to all stakeholders in establishing distribution compensation schemes.
Build Master Data of Distribution Compensation in Databricks: Standardise and centralized database organization for distribution compensation calculation, especially UDAs of checking daily data: commission, override, other production KPI: FYP, FYC, IP
Continuously identify and address areas for automation to increase calculation speed and reduce manual works of team member
Lead and support team member to automate other monthly compensation calculation tool by using SQL language or relevant methodology to transfer current UDA to Databrick in Datalake Project
Build distribution compensation data for being further utilised by other stakeholders.
Build Workspace by SQL coding in Databricks to crosscheck new compensation scheme in scope
3. Sharing / training technical session in Finance
Work with other department: Product, IT, OP to UAT new product
4. Other technical support in Finance team (H tr khc lin quan n technical trong b phn Ti chnh):
Deep dive to find technical need of current positions
Organize training sessions from basic to advanced: excel, access, SQL coding, macro to improve techinical skills of Finance's staffs

Improve manual current process relating extract data from system, booking, uploading data into system and reconciliation
Support UAT booking when lauching new product
Local Reporting and Group Reporting
Support UAT project relating e-invoice relating Agent PIT confirmation
Enhance process prepare report automate
Investment: implement new system
Bachelor degree in Economics, Mathematics, IT or a relevant degree
Knowledge and skill
At least 4 - 6 years of experience

Good interpersonal skills, time management, working together
Demonstrated experience in insurance compensation payment to different sales forces is preferred
