Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Propose and implement talent attraction policies, programs, and solutions

  • Develop policies and professional documents related to talent acquisition activities.
  • Conduct market research and surveys on workforce demand and talent availability.
  • Develop annual recruitment budgets and budgets for each recruitment program.
  • Develop and manage talent pipeline and candidate database.
  • Propose and manage recruitment systems, tools, and technology solutions.

2. Coordinate the implementation of employer branding activities for Novaland Group

  • Collaborate in developing plans for employer branding and talent attraction campaigns for Novaland Group.
  • Organize and/or coordinate recruitment events and employer branding activities (communication campaigns, career fairs, recruitment events, etc.) to enhance Novaland Group's employer brand image.

3. Execute recruitment activities

  • Develop annual recruitment plans aligned with the Group's business strategy and direction.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels; coordinate with Departments/Divisions in screening applications and consulting on candidate qualifications suitable for hiring requirements.
  • Organize interviews, selection processes, and evaluation of candidates to meet recruitment needs within the assigned scope.

4. Perform recruitment support activities

  • Manage onboarding and employment procedures during the recruitment process.
  • Propose and implement support activities for new employees during the probation period.
  • Manage recruitment reports and evaluate recruitment effectiveness and performance.

5. Build and maintain compliance in governance and operational systems

  • Lead the development of internal governance systems for the Department/Division, including regulations, procedures, forms, implementation guidelines/checklists; propose adjustments to the authority matrix in line with operational needs to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and implement internal professional training plans to enhance team capabilities and build succession talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with the Corporation's internal regulations, policies, and documents. Manage professional data/information/records and related internal operational documents. Standardize data towards digitalization and AI integration across the professional management system.
  • Identify, assess, control, and minimize risks arising from daily operations within the Unit; report operational risks to the Risk, Process & Compliance Department in accordance with internal risk management policies and procedures.
  • Manage and take responsibility for tools, equipment, and assets utilized and operated by the Department/Division.

6. Work directly at Projects/Business Units/Operational Sites

  • Arrange time to work directly at Projects/Business Units/Subsidiaries within the Group's ecosystem
  • (Minimum on-site working time shall comply with Company regulations applicable from time to time).
  • Monitor and supervise progress, quality, and SOP compliance of the Units. Update information on the ICS system and follow up on corrective and preventive actions in accordance with regulations.
  • Assess employee capabilities; identify training, succession planning, promotion, rotation, and workforce optimization needs.
  • Resolve operational issues arising at the Units.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or other related disciplines.
  • More than 08 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development.
  • At least 03 years of managerial experience in an equivalent position within corporations/companies with over 1,000 employees (preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or multinational corporations).
  • 03–05 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Design thinking mindset.

  • Demonstrates effectiveness, integrity, and professionalism.
