Get to know the Role:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the in-house expert on planning and executing biddable media strategies to drive growth and conversions in Vietnam.
You will provide thought leadership to stakeholders on media strategies and insights, and lead cross-functional growth/marketing tech projects across the region.
The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Formulate quarterly plans and budgets for performance marketing with local teams to drive user acquisition, cross-sell and reactivation in Vietnam.

  • Manage cross-channel media programs across Google, Facebook, Affiliates and various ad networks, covering both the strategic and tactical aspects of running campaigns.

  • Deliver on growth targets and performance KPIs such as CAC and conversion rates.

  • Drive cross-functional projects across product, analytics, marketing and partnership teams.

  • Extend the boundaries of performance marketing by engaging in experimental activities and providing roadmaps to both internal teams and external vendors regularly.

The Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics or tech-related majors.

  • 5-6 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel.

  • Track record of driving performance marketing across Southeast Asia.

  • Knowledge of various digital marketing topics, including measurements (broader industry changes e.g. IOS14.5, Facebook AMM, multi-platform tracking), underlying building blocks (attribution windows/models, events, payload parameters) and marketing mix optimization will be critical

  • Ability to write and speak in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with both regional and local stakeholders.
