Job Description

1.Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! Our team is working toward significant growth of the company's branding and sales. The Performance Digital Marketing Specialist will be one of the founding members to help the company achieve that mission.

As a Digital Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital channels for a desired presence and conversion (sales, lead)

Note: Full time work at District 7, HCMC

2.Duties:

-Drive campaigns from strategy planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics

-Prepare and manage digital marketing budget

-Constantly evaluate and optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment

-Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends for the best CPA (Cost per Acquisition)

-Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best

-Acquire insight in online marketing trends and new channels. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Keep strategies up-to-date

-Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

-Work with agency and internal team to build website

-Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites to improve ranking, increase traffic and enhance brand awareness & sales.

-Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.

-Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, etc.)

-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

3.Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree (BA), preferably in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field

-Proven experience in SEM, Facebook Ad and especially in SEO

-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

-Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

-Be ambitious and has high ownership in task execution and managing

-Skillset: Analytical, strategic, decision making, technical, collaborative skills

-English proficient

-Marketing Agency working experience is preferred
