Job Description

Main Responsibilities
1. Website & SE0 (70%)

  • Manage and maintain our company website, ensuring a smooth user experience and consistent brand image across all platforms.
  • Create, optimize, and upload website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic ranking and visibility.
  • Monitor website analytics (traffic, conversions, user behavior, ranking, etc.) and generate quarter/annual reports to measure SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design visuals, create content to ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Build and execute lead generation campaigns and programs, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity in the market.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and recommend ongoing website optimization strategies.

2. Assist with other digital marketing initiatives as needed, such as social media promotion and email marketing (30%)

  • Create engaging content & visual for website, direct marketing channels and collateral.
  • Create and manage landing pages, pop up and other advertising subjects.
  • Other tasks as required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO and website management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM principles and best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization).
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.)
  • Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Experience editing and creating website content (basic HTML or understanding of website platforms)
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Acknowledgement in MailChimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good sense of content writing.
  • Detail orientated, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response.
  • Good analytical skill sets to deliver optimization efforts.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with B2B marketing a plus.
