Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using leading cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure.
- Assist with the design and development of resilient, secure, supportable, and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and provide guidance on infrastructure requirements.
- Define/implement tools and processes to standardize and automate the way project software is developed, built, tested, and deployed.
- Implement security best practices to protect cloud environments and data.
- Develop and maintain documentation and diagrams regarding our environments and service records.
- Lead investigations into production incidents with assistance from the development team.
- Proactively manage any risks to the production environment.
- Cooperate with Infrastructure team for private Cloud setup.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2+ years experience of DevOps across all Phases of the software lifecycle.
- Experience building and managing the Cloud Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible or other automation tools are preferred.
- Experience with Cloud platform (Azure/ AWS).
- Experience with AKS/ EKS Kubernetes and self-managed K8s.
- Have an in-depth understanding of microservice architecture, API management, and distributed systems concepts.
- A good understanding of large-scale distributed systems in practice, including microservices architecture, application security, monitoring, and storage systems.
- Experience with CI/CD Cloud Native tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Experience with Configuration management: Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
- Knowledge and experience on the following software is desirable: Hashicorp Vault, SonarQube, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Redis.
- Good knowledge of Window/ Linux/ Mac-based system.
