Job Description Summary
The Global HPM team is a 500+ person organization leading the siting & installation activities in GE healthcare. Within the Healthcare Project Management (HPM) Shared Services team, a designer will draw GE equipment layout drawings that are both compliant to the company guidelines and meet customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produce GE equipment layout drawings that are in alignment with the siting specifications in the Pre-installation Manual(PIM), standard architectural and construction techniques while providing a coherent patient flow.
  • Need to provide completed drawings within expected timeline.
  • Support site planning for not only Japan but also all countries in AKA region.
  • Understand GE product's portfolio and basic principle of various modalities (e.g. MR, CT, XR, NUC, PET).
  • Communicate with project managers and provide appropriate solutions to meet customer's requirements.
  • Establish relationship with stakeholders in HPM to deliver high quality service. (e.g. Modality subject matter expert, Installation Modality Leader, Installation Support Leader, etc.)
  • Align to global standards of drawing package, submission tool, etc.
  • Prepare drawing templates in Vietnamese to apply to daily working.
  • Lead Process improvement with Lean mindset.
  • Lead the circle Standardization - Simplification - Automation

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous in work.
  • Willing to learn and listen to other.
  • Willing to accept changes and new things.

Desired Characteristics
  • AutoCAD
  • Experiences of working with global.
  • Knowledge of architecture or GE equipment.
