We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Deputy Manager, Loyalty Platform (Engagement)
The candidate will be involved in an array of activities with a focus on (i) Retail customer Data analytics, (ii) Mall shopper's behavioural analysis and application into retail mall marketing campaigns and Rewards+ shopper's loyalty program. He/she is also expected to be involved as a (iii) system administrator on the day-to-day operations of the digital customer loyalty app and its backend system, ensuring the smoothness and logical segmentation of the data flow, (iv) verification and crediting of customer's rewards point, (v) enhancing attractiveness of shopper membership sign-ups and the (vi) execution roll out of any digital campaigns, digital deals and discounts etc. relating to the Rewards+ shopper's loyalty program.
1.Retail customer Data analytics:
  • Candidate is expected to perform deep dive analysis, segmentation and review of the existing and new data parameters under the Rewards+ platform and sieve out meaningful data comparables, trendlines and shopper's performance with the respective shopping malls. Candidate is to also assemble such useful data for the purpose of management reporting.

2.Mall shopper's behavioural analysis and application into retail mall marketing campaigns and Rewards+ shopper's loyalty program
  • Based on the Data analytics performed, Candidate is expected to apply such analytics and understanding of the shoppers to the respective retail mall marketing campaigns, as well as to suggest innovative yet applicable ideas to enhance the offerings and features of the Rewards+ digital platform.

3. System administrator on the day-to-day operations of the digital customer loyalty app
  • The candidate whilst performing the above data related scope, is also expected to be involved in the system administration of the Rewards+ platform. Specifically, to coordinate with the digital system service provider to ensure smoothness of the digital app and to initiate and work on areas of improvements for the app UI and UX to ensure the most convenient and pleasant use of app for our member shoppers. The candidate is also expected to process paperwork and payments related to the Rewards+ system.

4. Verification and crediting of shopper's rewards point
  • As part of the scope of a system administrator, the candidate is to assist with verification of the authenticity of the shopper's receipts to minimise the error margin of the current OCR technology incorporated inside the Rewards+ platform. Candidate is to also conduct regular screening of suspicious cases of rewards point claim to prevent cases of fraud or abuse of the loyalty point program.

5.Enhancing attractiveness of shopper membership sign-ups
  • Candidate will have the opportunity to suggest initiatives and new ideas to enhance the attractiveness of the Rewards+ digital platform to encourage membership sign-up and recurring member's spending in our partner shopping malls. Candidate is also expected to project lead such membership recruitment drive

6.Execution roll out of any digital campaigns, digital deals and discounts etc. relating to the Rewards+ shopper's loyalty program
  • Candidate will also be involved in supporting the ideation and execution roll out of both physical and digital shopping mall campaigns, events and promotions relating to the Rewards+ platform. For such scope of work, the Candidate will be expected to work with the respective Mall events and promotion team to ensure a synergised roll out.

7. E-commerce membership, tenant sales and data analytics
  • Candidate will also be involved in the start-up phase of the E-commerce platform, in particular on areas of membership acquisition and data analytics on tenant's sales and membership spending. Both functions are correlated to ensure success in terms of membership growth and enhancing transactions frequency and purchase volume on the e-commerce platform. Candidate is expected to work with the e-commerce team to ensure the optimal application of CRM insights to contribute to the e-commerce growth success.
  • Bachelor's degree with focus in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Information System, Business Management (preferably with IT related exposure) is preferred.
  • Should have been in similar/ related field of work, in particular CRM, for at least 5 years.
  • Should have high professional ethical standards
  • A go-getter personality with a hunger to learn and improve and be open to feedbacks
  • Good communications skills (in both English and Vietnamese), innovative thinker, detail oriented with good problem solving ability and a good team player.
  • Good people management skills to ensure a cohesive and performance driven team as this role may require the candidate to lead a functional team.
  • Proficient in use of technology for data analytics purposes.
  • Able to adhere to organizational procedures and guidelines.
