Role Description

This is a full-time Deputy Director position in the Investment Department, covering both financial and project investment, at GELEX Group located in Hanoi. As the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing investment activities, developing investment strategies, identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence/ project development and investment procedures, formulating project/deal frameworks, and managing relationships with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 05 years in management positions, in investment management, finance, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing investment strategies
• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
• Experience in project investment, esp. in infrastructure, real estate, and utilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
