  • Prepare all meats and fish to the highest quality
  • Ensure effective food storage and stock rotation
  • Report any food spoilage/wastage to the Sous Chef
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Establish and monitor portion s for cuts of meat and fish
  • Responsible for controlling costs

Work Experience
  • High school education
  • Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Vietnamese & English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
