JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
  • Responsible for being an operating link between the Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance department to guarantee the optimum supply chain process.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement demand planning process and to drive for efficiency, aim to have high quality outcomes to meet both business long/short term expectation and supply chain efficiency.
  • Facilitate the business S&OP process and consensus meetings. Act as S&OP meeting facilitator.
  • Manage the Forecast process, coordinate the demand planning meeting and ensure Sales forecast reflects the market demand (by SKUs/Bottom up) and optimize the company's resources (Investment, Product supply) via demand planning process to generate a solid, challenged but achievable sales forecast agreed by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Brands activities/plans translated into doable sales plan & supply plan.
  • Record assumptions & occurrences for each product/family with market intelligences to facilitate the decision-making.
  • Manage sales performance measurement from the company to support the S&OP process/ Demand Planning process.
  • Ensure monthly ADS (approved demand statement) upload to SAP APO system reflects S&OP output.
  • SKU rationalization: provide analysis to relevant Commercial & Finance stakeholders for important decisions to optimize product portfolio.
  • Participate in the New Product related meetings in order to determine their market projections. Manage New Product launching & Phase in - Phase out planning, minimize OOS & obsolete stock.
  • Manage new SKU code's master data accuracy through out Vietnam system and global IT system controlled by Division planning centers/ALOG/NOLA.
  • Special projects as directed by the Senior Demand Planning Manager/ Director of Operation/ GM.
  • Comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of Individual/function responsibility.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years
Experience in Demand Planning/ Supply Planning/ Supply Chain field. Multi-national exposure is a plus
Education
Bachelor
Degree in International Trade/Economics/Supply Chain
