Data Engineer (SPX Express)

Job Description:
- Design and develop large and complex data warehouse architecture including sourcing of new data sources, developing ETL solutions, driving automation of data solutions and building reliable data models.
- Technical ownership of data modeling and forecasting models, collaborate with development and product team for feature engineering and measuring model impact on business metrics.
- Build data products or automation tools to drive business growth and improve operation efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a data driven environment (business intelligence, consulting, software engineering).
- Strong education background with degrees in Engineering or Information Systems (preferred).
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
- Experience building data models and / or predictive model used in business production environment.
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with non-relational databases.
- A self-motivated, driven, flexible, quick learning, high achieving, can do mentality.
- An ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
