- Improve new products including product pricing, risk assessment and operational processes
- Digitalization of existing loan products through innovative approaches
- Develop end-to-end business processes to ensure user experience across Mobile/Web application
- Collaborate with relevant departments and technical team to ensure Mobile/Web application roadmap is in line with business objectives
- Contact continuously optimize product portfolio performance using advanced systems, market research
- Actively seek out new opportunities to enhance Mobile/Web application functionality by learn technology trends, customer's difficulties and propose solutions
- University graduate Studying or higher in Economics, Banking, Information Technology..
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the same job/position with similar backgrounds. such as: CRM, Mobile App, LOS/LMS, Core system integration with satellite systems
- Fluent English skills
- Coordination skills/ project management
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Offices skills specifically can l: Excel, word, powerpoint, visio
