Responsibilities

• Responsible for customs and document tasks (50/50 working indoors & outdoors)

Declare customs formalities for imports and handle all customs related tasks

until cargo is released out of port

• Declare customs formalities for exports and handle all customs related tasks

until cargo is on board of vessel

• Apply for Food Safety/Phyto/Cert of Origin certificates
• Proactively update on custom and legal regulations and practices.
• Prepare customs reports at request
• Record all customs expenses on daily basis
• Other tasks assigned by managers

Qualifications

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics or similar industry
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in export manufacturing companies is preferrable
• Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
• Experience in custom declaration under the export production or processing category
