Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all OPS activities, including customs clearance, trucking, and delivery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations
Review and approve customs declarations, HS classifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk control
Provide expert guidance and direction on complex cases, including licensing, product policies, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with Sales teams and customers to deliver effective, value-added customs and logistics solutions
Monitor operational performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement timely corrective actions
Qualifications
Min. 3 years – experience of OPS Assistant Manager or Manager in Forwarding or Logistics
Bachelor Degree : College or University
Knowledge : Forwarding or Logistics
Good command in English : B Level
Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point
