The Opportunity:
We are looking for Customer Solutions, Consultant to Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop effective solutions within Customer Office and across the enterprise. Work with the leadership team to recommend ideas and solutions for digitalization to achieve department/company goals, articulate business case and drive the development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze data & insights to come up with business solutions (40%)

• Evaluatedataandinsightsforcomprehensivedigital product strategyplanning/ solutions
• Collaboratewithstakeholdersduringthevisioningandconceptdevelopmentofaproduct to ensure product aligned withcompanymissionandgoals
• Establishinitiativesandalignwithcross-functionalobjectives
• Act as subject matter expert for digital and technology solutions to business problems

• Consolidatedataintouserstoriesandnecessaryproductrequirements
• Translate understandingintoend-to-endcustomerexperience to ensureintegrationanddependency
• Establishtimelinesandproductbenchmarks and provide clear milestone for deliverables

• Follow through the productroadmap from planning to deployment and effectively collaborate with PMO for benefits realization
• CollaboratewithUI/UXteam,productscrumteam, productleaderstoestablishtimeline,workflows&goals
• Ensure the deliverables met with timelines and KPIs

• University Graduate
• 5+ years in a Software Product Strategy or Product Management discipline in a Software environment
• Candidates with experience in Life Insurance industry is preferred
• A strong foundation in technology, digitalization and analytics
• Proficiency with personal and project productivity tools including MS Office, MS Project and familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Miro, Whimsical, and others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and discuss the issues effectively
• Confident and strong communication skills Strong leadership skills Be able to challenge and engage in conversations with stakeholders. Able to guide/ facilitate teams
• English verbal & written at proficiency level
