Customer Service Specialist

Circle Logistics Vietnam is open to hiring for the position of Customer Service Staff. The details of this position as below:

Working location: Empire Tower, 26-28 Ham Nghi Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1 , HCMC.

Requests:

1. Graduate from economy/foreign trade/logistics or other related major

2. 1-2 years experience in shipping/air/logistics industry is preferred

3. Proficient in Chinese

4. Good at word/excel/PowerPoint software;

Job Responsibility:

1. Submit booking, SI, update information from shipping lines to customers

2. Coordinate with customers & suppliers (shipping lines/vendors) to solve any issues occurred

3.Complete tasks and assignments under CS department

4. Support customers for export/import documents

Job offers:

1. Salary 10tr-13tr based on experience & excellence of candidate

2. 13rd month salary based on company performance (1-3months)
