Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Services Intern to join our team. As a Customer Services staff, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-evolving world of hybrid events.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to users of the online event platform via various channels such as email, chat, and phone.
  • Address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through the platform features.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the online event platform's features, functionalities, and updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to virtual and hybrid events.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Assist customers with onboarding onto the platform, providing guidance on setup and configuration.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they maximize the use of the platform's capabilities.

Issue Resolution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and development, to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled/ or recently graduated in a bachelor's program with a focus on Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
  • Experience in customer care (Experience in an international business environment is a plus).
  • Understanding the role of media development and the online event field.
  • Knowledge of organizing workshops, academic events, webinars.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
