. Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
. Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
. Keep good relationship with clients/ affiliates/ colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
. Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
Specific Responsibility
. Preparing Inspection job files
. Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties
. Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base
. Prepare certificates and pass to Manager for approval
. Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests
. Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment
. Collection of outstanding payments
. Other tasks requested by Manager
Qualifications

. College graduated or above
. English level B equivalent
. Computer skill
Additional Information

At least 1 year in customer service position experience
