Job Description
- To perform aftersales service of hardware/software installation, commissioning, on-site training
- To respond to customer requests with good manner of time.
- Provide on-site training to customers, or internal customers as a specific technical product champion.
- Maintain levels of performance consistent with Key Performance Indicators
- Establish and maintain high customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report to Service Manager for all technical activities
- Other technical-related activities.
Requirements
Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automation Engineering
- At least 2 years experience in the copier/printer/printing industry or relevant
- Experience in both hardware and software services delivery, maintenance, and consulting.
Competency:
- Customer-centric, winning spirit mindset
- Competent in computer and some common office application software.
- Good understanding and know-how in computer networking, servers, and databases.
- Strong presentation analytical mind and problem-solving skills, results & quality-oriented
- Work independently and teamwork, willing to travel extensively for business.
- Possesses strong team dynamics and is interested in customer care, Dynamic, Persuasive, Resilient, Driven, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Able to communicate in English for basic communications (equivalent B degree)
