Act as the contact point to collect and manage daily User Changes across functions to ensure User Change Calendar up-to-date

  • User Change Calendar: execute the process/tool to collect User changes across functions and ensure the User Change Calendar up-to-date with reflected User Impacts
  • User Change Impacts Assessment: assist Experience Lead and User Change Communication Lead to work with Change Owner and/or Subject Matter Expert to clarify the change background and context, different types of user impacts, from which uncover critical information needed for communication planning.

  • Logical and structured thinking with detailed orientation.
  • Good at problem solving, especially in connecting the dots
  • Experience in project management is a Plus.
  • Enjoyed fast-paced environment
  • Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
