Job Description

Liaise the information between client and operation/laboratories
Receipt and review the testing results, crosscheck with the client's specification/ SGS LPSR (if having). Discuss with Lab manager/ upper level/ SGS LP/ client in case of having doubt/difference.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Develop knowledge about each customer's requirements.
Will be received client's complaints/inquiries & in front of challenging situations, take responsibility of handling and resolving customer in a timely and accurate manner, follow up on customer interactions as well as assist superior to review potential claims relating to services and propose proper action to improve the situation.
Able to deal with hard situation & have skill to soften it & seek for a solution to maintain client's retention.
Well understand company/ department's services and related goods as well as enhance the knowledge of analytical and sampling standards

College or University graduated
Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
Computer Skills
