Job Description
1. Supervision and supportrecruiting agents and office administration tasks (Monitor and support agency recruitment and other admin tasks)

  • Online phone calls to the office (Be the receptionist)
  • Support in the preparation of MIT classes in the area (Handle logistics for MIT classes)
  • Handle promotion gifts report
  • Handle other admin tasks

2. Monitor and perform premium collection and disbursement task
  • Collect premiums from customers , collect premiums from clients, agents and collectors
  • Request, print and issue corresponding receipts when collecting fees from customers (Request, print and issue receipts to clients when) collecting premiums accordingly)
  • Disburse money to client according to respective DNRs
  • Check for completeness and validity of documents Application form BH (Check the sufficiency and validity of application forms submitted)

3.Monitor and guide to support agency team (Monitor & conduct agency support) Guide agents admin procedures
  • Print and distribute Request and Print receipts for agents
  • Perform other tasks other administrative support (By other agency admin tasks)

  • 5. Control and make proactive calls to clients (Handle outbound calls to clients)

    • Inform client of claim result
    • Randomly check contract before issuing at the request of appraisal department (Random check call to client before issuing policy )
    • Contact customers according to the list from POS (Policy suspense, unsuccessful bank-transfer)
    • Contact customers to inquire about mailing address and guide customers hng lm change procedure (if any) in case mails are returned (Contact clients to ask clients address and guide client to address change request (if any) in case mails are returned).

    • 6. Other tasks
      • Request and delivery issue invoice to Client when Client's request )
      • Ensure client's information is kept confidential at respective locations
      • Comply with policies/ Company policies/regulatory/requirements are followed at respective location
      • Support daily team tasks when necessary
      • Support work when colleagues are on leave (Back up for Colleagues)
    • Ensure to complete daily work accurately and on time
    • Manage assets, facilities and office expenses (Control expenses within budget and manage office property)
    • Arrange and mobilize personnel in the team to ensure work well done v efficient (Arrang e and rotate BCS Representative to make daily operation smoothly)
    • L representative of the main team to assist and coordinate with agent management in business management activities Act as admin representative to provide agency with good communication and support
    • Perform tasks when assigned by direct management.
