Job Description:
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value, re-engagement and repurchase rate via CRM treatment and initiatives include:
    • Nonbuyer treatment to convert user into buyers
    • Buyer treatment to retain and enhance purchasing power of existing buyers and prevent churn
  • Coordinate with other departments (BI, Data-science, and Partnerships, Business development) to analyze and develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behavior and customer journeys.
  • Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Conceptualize and execute acquisition/retention tests and rolled-out campaigns. Working closely with all departments to ensure treatment plan implementation and sustainability

  • 1+ year experience
  • Number-driven, creative, hardworking, methodical, attention to detail and very structured.
  • Preferably have experience with CRM: Familiarity with CRM framework, cohorts and segmentation (acquisition/retention/churn lapse prevention).
  • Preferable have experience in e-commerce business or online marketing
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. Pro-active attitude & ability to work both independently and within a team.
