Responsibilities
Analyzing requirement from stakeholders using BRD
Prepare functional specification design, logical design document & data flow diagrams related to SAS related-application solutions.
Design and implement campaigns on SAS CM/RTDM/SAS CI 360.
Perform & coordinate UAT of system deployments
Propose & Implement campaign strategies requested by CRM management, using Campaign management tool, critical thinking, data analysis, and
Monitor campaigns output to make sure it is stable
Deeply understand about limit-offer lifecycle.
Qualifications
Must-have
Honest, open-minded, logical thinking
Intermediate SQL and good understanding of relational databases
Intermediate English level: 6.0 IELTS, 80 Toefl iBT or 750 TOEIC, or proven during interview
At least 1.5 years of full-time experience in IT BA or similar role Critical & analytical thinking Visualization skill
Proactive and self-learning
Nice-to-have
Preferred majors: MIS, IT
Experience with Web (HTML/CSS) and Software Development.
Exposure to campaign management tools, CRM functions, sales processes
