Job Description:
- Identify operational opportunities and automate processes
- Handle reconciliations between Shopee and stakeholders
- Support the implementation of new credit products
- Control KPI's and costs related to the credit
- Support on solving users issues
- Interact with teams from different areas and countries - Work closely with the Singapore Shopee team
- Support high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced Excel
- Experience in credit or payment operation (FIDC operation, reconciliation, etc)
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus
