Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Conceptualization: Brainstorm and develop original campaign themes, storylines, and visual directions aligned with brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce marketing collateral, including social media posts, videos, digital ads, and presentation materials.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end creative projects from initial ideation and pre-production through to final execution and post-production.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs maintain high visual standards and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the engagement and conversion rates of creative assets, using the data to iterate and optimize future campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with design and editing software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
  • Creative Versatility: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and copywriting.
  • Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current digital trends, particularly short-form video platforms (like TikTok and Instagram Reels).
  • Marketing Acumen: The ability to understand target demographics, consumer behavior, and overarching business goals.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management, communication, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams like sales and product development.
