Responsibilities
- Manage all contact related to the project.
- Develop overall contracting strategy and annual procurement plan.
- Search for new vendors and new registrations.
- Tendering process Response.
- Tender contract management.
- Prepare cost plans, cost reports (cash flow included), variation order reports, certification of payment, final account, cost estimation for conducting project feasibility studies,
- Prepare a tender list, tender analysis, tender schedule, target cost plan, and rough estimation precisely; Invole in the whole tendering progress and report the tender results progressively, verifying the tender document, the contract document, evaluating the contractor's quotations and QS assessment for variation, evaluating the works on site, monitoring construction cost.
- Negotiate and finalize contractual terms and conditions.
- Review and evaluate variation orders and claims submitted by contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure they comply with agreements/contracts and update the status of payments.
- Prepare, control, monitor, and maintain the approved Project Budget.
Qualifications
Language: English Business Level
Experience/Skills:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in contract management in the construction industry
- Experience of working for joint ventures
- Having good knowledge of pre- and post-bidding, pre- and post-contract, cost estimating, and a strong understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
- Having full capability, professional experience, and extensive knowledge of customer services, technology, and engineering services.
- Having a good command of English both written and spoken with strong communication skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and problem-solving skills.
Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, CostX, Primavera.
