About the Position:
As a Content Executive at Leamar Agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering engaging content across various platforms including social media, websites, and other digital channels. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to effectively communicate our clients brand stories and messages to their target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for content that align with client objectives and target audience demographics.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, website content, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Produce short-form videos optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously refine and enhance content strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of previous work including written content and/or videos is highly desirable.
