Job Description

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions. Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.
Work you'll do
. Apply specific functional knowledge of WCM and ecommerce applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
. Manage and conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews and initial client discover work
. Work closely with the Solution Architect to refine requirements and break them down into meaningful chunks of work that can be handed over for development and testing
. Identify opportunities and show forward thinking approach in defining AEM components, templates, use cases, and opportunities for efficiencies
. Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle
. Provide oversight and hands on within Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets) setup, taxonomy and configurations through SDLC
. Serve as the bridge between PM, QA, development and client teams
. Prepare training materials (content authoring guides, etc.) appropriate for target audiences and develop solution and conduct training sessions
. Assist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning and developing proof-of-concepts
. Identify and raise project issues and risks over course of SDLC
. Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
. Showcase deliverables and demos across client teams
. Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of relevant WCM platforms such as Adobe AEM (Sites and Assets)
. CMS experience (AEM, Drupal, Sitecore)
. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience on at least 2 major projects is a must (6.2 and above)
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills ability to drive solutions with the clients and technical team
. Strong project management and technology skills
. Experience in end to end implementations of AEM 6.2 or later
. Experience working in large d teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
. Experience in building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions
. Experience working across multiple products in Adobe Experience Cloud - primarily Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
. Adobe Business Practitioner Certifications (AEM, Target, Analytics)
. 2+ years in a client facing role (consultancy or digital agency preferred)
. A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
. Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
. Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities-must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and business-friendly language
. Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
