Maintaining the impartiality of SGS service Auditing BU inspectors and auditors to see whether they have complied with company SOPs and policies in practical operation Other relevant tasks.
Taking charge of the compliance audit work of SGS VN (sites, factory nationwide and the specific scopes of work will be designated on job duty).
Making visit appointments with Key Accounts manufacturers and suppliers via phone calls based on the name list and conducting regular follow up visits and audits.
Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with local customers, manufacturers and suppliers to understand their feedback and expectations on SGS history and the quality and technique of SGS inspection and testing services.
Understanding the pros and cons of SGS and our rivals and communicate with BU managers to improve the service level.
Collecting and sharing potential business information with relevant BU.
Other company's rules and documented procedure required.

College degree or above, proficient in English
3 or more years of quality management / compliance and other related work experience while working as supervisor or above (Candidates who have been engaged in supply chain management in trading companies and are familiar with the relevant processes are preferred).
Good communication skills and keen insight, broad vision and enterprising spirit.
Be fair, objective, self-disciplined with a good team spirit and able to work independently and systematically.
The position mainly deals with field work and requires the candidate to adapt to frequent inter-city and cross-provincial business trips.
Good stress resistance and communication skills.

QC/QA of merchandizer or inspector is preferable
