Job Description

    • Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, including drafting press releases in line with local and regional strategic direction.
    • Craft and pitch stories to media, with the aim to build a reputation via earned media.
    • Develop social media content for all social media platforms to support the Marketing team.
    • Carry out media and social media monitoring, and where/when required, assist with issues management, providing counsel and advice to internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media stakeholders.
    • Execute an employee-focused communications plan to enable structuring and sequencing of messages to all staff, liaising with global and regional counterparts.
    • Drive communications across multiple internal channels and bring the company strategy to life for all employees.

    • 4 years of experience in a relevant field
    • Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese and English
    • Self-starter with a PR agency or in-house experience covering B2C, technology, or service-oriented brands
    • Has existing relationships with relevant contacts in the business, tech, and lifestyle media
    • Knowledgeable in crisis management and is able to respond quickly to changing needs and unplanned events
    • Has proven experience in managing a team of editorial writers, event managers, digital marketers, and or other communication professionals
    • Expected to manage the Communication Team's budget Must be willing to travel across Vietnam
