Job Description

  • Hygiene control in the work area.
  • Follow standard recipes, ensure safe, quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Comply with policies, regulations and procedures of each department as well as of the hotel.
  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors on time.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes prepared by them.
  • Work and closely contact with Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Partie.


Work Experience
  • Have experience in cooking or have been trained through professional schools.
  • Priority is given to candidates who have worked in Hospitality Industry.
