Mission/Position Headline: Large Drive Application, a portfolio company of SIEMENS AG engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally, the unit offers special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Its digitalization expertise and outstanding service keeps the performance and availability of the offered drives at the maximum. As commercial officer in an industry leading organization, you will be a team player located in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi) working along with a dynamic team of Sales, technical support and functional report to the LDA Vietnam finance manager. Together as a team, we optimize, expand and grow the business. Areas of Responsibility: Order cost calculation: Calculate order costs, margins and customer price preparation of offers and contracts negotiate offers/contract with customers to secure the Company's legal position & profitability Order Management: place internal PO with Siemens factories payment to factories. Order planning, monitoring and controlling: Order cost control and delivery schedule Risk management: analyze, assessment, counter measures, escalation AR and AP: follow up payment schedule of/to customer/ supplier Logistics: following up delivery schedule liaise with forwarders, preparation of necessary documents for custom clearance, good receipt and payment Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures. Supports effective treasury management and tax compliance Support internal audits, annual financial audit, customs and tax audits Responsible for general office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operation of 2 offices in Hanoi and HCMC. Report timely about order related matters & key financial figures. Experience: 2 years Commercial, Finance and Accounting/administration background, at least 2 years experience Siemens background will be added advantage Experience in product business and service business Strong English skill SAP knowledge Experience in big-4 audit companies is an advantage Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting/Relevant field Organization: Portfolio Companies Company: Siemens Ltd.
