A. Role Expectations
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to support Commercial (Sales) and Marketing teams in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure effective control and evaluation of pricing, promotions, and trade marketing investments.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
B. Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Control
- Review and validate proposals for new or revised selling prices from Sales/Marketing before submission to BOD.
- Assess and verify commercial terms (discounts, trade support, incentives) across channels prior to approval.
2. A&P Budget Planning & Control
- Collaborate with Marketing/Trade to develop annual A&P budgets aligned with revenue and profit targets.
- Review and validate marketing/trade schemes (objectives, KPIs, mechanics, and budgets).
- Ensure all approved programs remain within allocated A&P budgets.
- Monitor actual spending and evaluate ROI of all marketing and trade activities.
3. R&D Budget Planning & Control
- Partner with R&D to build annual R&D budgets aligned with company KPIs.
- Review and validate R&D budgets and cost proposals before BOD approval.
- Monitor actual R&D expenses and ensure alignment with approved budget.
4. Data Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Analyze revenue, volume, and wastage performance by category and channel.
- Develop financial business cases (1-year, 3-year, 5-year) for innovation projects.
- Build financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions (ad-hoc).
5. Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Participate in quarterly KPI review meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams.
- Provide financial inputs for closing processes (accruals, reversals related to A&P and sales expenses).
6. Other Tasks
- Perform additional assignments as requested by the line manager.

D. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Major: Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Commercial Finance or FP&A
- Preferably in FMCG or fresh food industry
- Languages: English proficiency
