Job Summary
Cubes Asia is one of Vietnam's leading importers and distributors of premium European coffee equipment brands. Our Commercial Division focuses on professional coffee solutions for coffee chains, hospitality groups, restaurants, offices, and distributors across Vietnam.
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Commercial & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our commercial coffee equipment business in Vietnam. This role combines strategic market development, commercial leadership, team management, and customer relationship management across the coffee, hospitality, and F&B sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for commercial coffee equipment solutions
· Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team to achieve sales, margin and growth targets.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new equipment developments
· Expand and manage relationships with coffee chains, restaurants, hotels, and distributors
· Lead and manage the sales executives, including quotation management, account development and systematic market coverage
· Support and guide regional sales activities, including Hanoi market operations
· Coordinate with Technical & Customer Service teams to ensure excellent after-sales service quality
· Collaborate with the marketing team on market positioning, product launches, events, and lead generation activities
· Prepare quarterly and annual business reviews for management and international brand partners.
· Support supplier communication, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
Must-have Requirements
· Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role
· Experience in sales management, commercial development, or team leadership.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Commercially driven mindset with strong ownership and initiative
· Willingness to travel for business development activities
· Basic technical understanding or strong willingness to learn commercial coffee equipment systems
Nice-to-have Requirements
· Experience in the coffee industry or hospitality equipment sector
· Existing network within coffee chains, restaurants, hotels, or horeca businesses.
· Technical understanding of commercial equipment
· Experience working with international brands
· Experience in B2B solution selling, horeca projects, or dealer development.
