SoftRoad Co., Ltd. Japan (the parent company) was established in 2001. It is the largest professional AI system upgrade company in Japan. The System Reform technology experiences an average annual growth rate of 30%. The clientele consists of over 30% of the top 200 companies in Japan and worldwide.

The company is listed on the Topix stock index and is expanding its business operations into the European and American markets.

With over 30 high-level R&D employees dedicated to AI system development and more than 350 management and programming staff, the company's work scope and level are fundamentally equivalent to Japan's largest software companies like NEC and Fujitsu.

To meet the demands of expanding business and venturing into the European and American markets, SoftRoad Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established. The company's current projects mainly come from Japanese clients, and in the near future, additional projects from clients in Europe, America, and other regions will be added. About the job

• Do the Coding and debugging tasks.
• Self-testing by test tool to ensure the code quality.
• Able to independently write a design specification that meets the requirements (for senior DEV level)
• To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager, Project Manager & Technical Manager

Some of the experience and qualities you need

• Have 3 years or above COBOL development experience, familiar with Cobol, JCL experience is a plus.
• Have experience in project development for Japan, be familiar with the development process for Japan, and be able to read and write Japanese-style documents.
• Japanese N3 and above.
• Familiar with Linux/Windows development environment, mainframe project experience is a plus.
• Have strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills.
