Work you'll do

  1. Follow up Client program under SEA guidance
    • Update & follow up all Client Program report to CMBD leader, CEO
    • Be one of Vietnam contacts to SEA on client

  1. In charge & support CMBD leader on Client Relationship & market development
  • Strategic account: win, waiting & potential
  • Chairperson/CEO, Chairman Club
  • Business/Stakeholder

  1. In charge for Client Data Base, Bidding Management

Client Data base

  • Manage client database/client portfolio/client list of the Firm managing the Firm's client birthday and other special day list manage Deloitte account operation
  • Provide client and market information as requested by CMBD leader.

Bidding

  • Supervise the update of current templates of proposal which has been designed and used for different industries
  • Together with Audit Manager, EA support service functions in bidding activities and take charge of the content regarding to the Firm's introduction
  • Work with stakeholders in developing, updating, managing and storing proposal and bidding materials to strengthen company's branding and capacity in bidding/sales activities.

  1. In charge for all CMBD payment & purchasing
  • Manage all the task relating to BR, DCCS, background check , purchasing & manage the payment done in time on all Hanoi CMBD activities: sponsor, donation, registration to chamber, all CMBD expenses relating to operation
  • Support Ho Chi Minh on administration tasks chamber/association if needed for Hanoi
  • Tracking up to manage expense within CMBD budget.

  1. Support Marcomms team if needed, support CMBD Management team for all CMBD operation nationwide AS ONE
  • Organize Deloitte events, client & business partner event, work together & support Functions/service lines/ Market segments to organize Seminars/workshop/ webinar.
  • Manage information to internal & external under the supervision of CMBD leader
  • Conduct all media campaigns for the Firm
  • Manage the information update on website/Intranet/ SEA Briefing and websites of professional associations
  • Support in managing quality and cost of marketing publications and marketing products Support for the internal publication for staff with HR team & Youth Union
  • Manage/Supervise all newsletters/e-news made by Marcomms Team
  • Support CMBD Management in supervising CMBD team in Hanoi office
  • Provide information in a timely manner with enhanced quality as per request of other Deloitte offices
  • Design and prepare appropriate training courses, problem solving session and soft skills training to coach other members of CMBD team when assigned by CMBD Leader
  • Continue to support in preparing materials for internal training and orientation sections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is required English language fluency required, especially good English writing skills
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in related role
  • Demonstrated ability to make mature judgement and problem solving
  • Having good management skills
  • Having a creative mindset and agility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint having good knowledge on graphic design software
