Cloud/System Engineer
Job Description
- Design, deploy, manage, and automate application infrastructure (using IaC processes) on public/private cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud and VMWare)
- Provide & support for automation initiatives.
- Maintain documents, procedures, and technical guides.
- Provide direct and indirect support to customers (internal or external)
- Anticipate & troubleshoot system and applications issues
- Understand customer demands and propose best solutions
- Provide cross-training for other team members
- Report to the team leader about activities and projects.
Must have
- Experience in
- Public Cloud (any of sAzure/GCP/AWS)
- Terraform, Ansible, Git
- Java, Tomcat, Apache
- Postgres, MySQL database
- Unix/Linux experience (3 years experience or more)
- Customer oriented approach
- Communication: advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Automation mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to have
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Scripting skill (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
- Public Cloud certifications (any cloud)
- Container management certificate (CKA)
- ITIL Foundation
