Support Customer Service, Call Center & Sales channels to handle claim issue. Contact closely with IT, Actuary, Productto set up automation tool on claim system

  • Update the process of processing claims to relevant departments
  • Approval authority limit: 500M for job code 4A - Claims Service Senior Specialist (4A)
  • Complete the process to close a case by completing the steps of drafting the letter and payment values /

Scope 3: Handling transactions related to payments from Claims, ensuring that the Contract is paid correctly and in sufficient amount, the remaining amounts that are not within the scope of payment need to be checked and handled in a timely manner /
Scope 4: Other tasks when assigned /
  • Willing to join the company's project with roles such as tester (Tester), Claims representative (Coordinator), claim (Requester)
  • Training & sharing claim knowledge /

Job Accountability /
  • Ensure the claim are processed quickly & accurately to avoid backlogs or long pending. Provide the best service to customer. Digitalize & automation process in order to reduce workload, shorten TAT.
  • Provide the best service to external customer through internal customers, by closely coordinating with the processes of related departments and always being customer - centric

Job Requirements / Yu cu
  • Graduated from university of Economics/ Finance & Accounting/ Information Technology

Knowledge and skill / Kin thc v k nng
  • MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point /
  • Fluency in English: at least reading & writing skill /
  • Having knowledge of Insurance/ Law/ Medical is an advantage /

Competencies /

  • Working together - Intermediate level /
