Job Responsibilities:

  • To make decision on the claim cases are quickly and exactly
  • Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on- the- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors
  • Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.
  • Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest)- if any
  • Co-operate: with claim investigator in claimant/customer interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline, and claim guide
  • Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any)

Job Requirements:
  • Universit graduated of Medical, pharmaceutical or economic

  • at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, the hospitals
  • work at the hospitals

Knowledge and skill set:
  • English skills: at leat is reading, writing (Ting Anh: t nht c vit, ni tt ting Anh l li th)
  • Microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint (Vi tnh vn phng)
  • Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, telephone skills and team work (k nng giao tip, kt thc vn , gi in thoi v lm vic nhm)
